Across seven days, you’ll experience functional, hybrid training designed for women at every level, whether you’re new to fitness, getting back into it, or ready to push your performance further.
Alongside your sessions in the gym, you’ll enjoy Mat Pilates, offering a new way to move, strengthen, and balance the intensity with mindful movement. To complement your training, you’ll recover and recharge with yoga, sauna, ice baths, and sound healing. To support nourishment and body awareness, you’ll enjoy wholesome meals and workshops on how to feel and perform your best. You’ll also have full access to all in-house yoga classes at Vikasa, one of the world’s leading yoga and wellness destinations.
Between sessions, you’ll enjoy curated island experiences that showcase the very best of Koh Samui. You’ll return home stronger, more grounded, and deeply supported by a community of women who share your journey.
