Deposit

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking (unless the retreat is cancelled by Sisters of Siam).
  
• Deposits and all payments exclude VAT/GST. Tax will be calculated and included in the final invoice.
  

Balance

• Remaining balance is due 2 months before retreat start.
  
• You have 7 days after this due date to pay. Late payments may incur a 1,000 THB fee.
  
• Bookings made after this cutoff must be paid in full at booking.
  

Minimum Numbers

• Retreats will only run if the minimum number of participants is reached 2 months before the start date.
  
• If not met, all payments (including deposit) will be refunded in full.
  

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is required to protect your booking. You never know what may happen, and having coverage ensures peace of mind for your journey.
  
• Sisters of Siam cannot reimburse flight or travel costs outside of retreat inclusions.
  

Guest Cancellations

• 75+ days before start: 100% refund (excluding deposit)
  
• 45–74 days: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  
• 0–44 days: No refund
  
• Pair bookings: if one cancels, the other can convert to solo (by paying the difference) or invite a replacement.
  

Organiser Cancellations & Force Majeure

• If we cancel: full refund of all payments (excluding travel costs).
  
• If cancelled due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), only recoverable retreat fees will be refunded/credited. Travel costs are not covered.
  

Your Responsibility

• Must be 18+ to attend.
  
• Guests are responsible for flights, visas, passports, and insurance.
  
• Participation is at your own risk. Sisters of Siam is not liable for injury, illness, or costs outside retreat inclusions.
  
• Respectful conduct is required; disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal at your own cost.
